All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the payment is confirmed. Any order placed after 05:00 pm EST may not be processed until the next business day. Express delivery orders are always prioritized.
Processing times can be longer in case of credit card authorization issues, during holiday season and sale events.

Shipping to US
Free standard shipping is available on orders that total $75 and package weight up to 5Kg. Sub-total of the order must be greater than or equal to $75 before taxes and after discounts/coupons are applied.

Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout depending upon the shipping address, size of the package and shipping option.
Orders consisting of physically large items are classified as oversized. The shipping cost may differ from the calculated amount at checkout. If so, we will contact you with the new shipping cost for your approval before proceeding with the order.
Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier partner’s error, or any other unforeseen factors beyond our control.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s website to check the status of your shipment.
You can also log into your account on our website, and go to “Orders” under “My Account” to track your order.
For smooth and timely order processing and delivery, please ensure to follow the below.
1. Include a contact number at the checkout.
2. Check the address and all information before submitting your order.
3. If the shipping does not match the billing address on your credit card, you may require listing the alternate address with your credit card company. This helps to prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. If so, we will call you or send you an email to inform you.
4. If you contact us about your order(s), please include the order number and customer’s name. This will help us locate your order and respond quickly.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Contact us before making any returns.
If the item's factory seal is broken, we cannot accept the item back. Please pack your returns carefully.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. In case of wrong/damaged product delivery, we will refund the full amount including shipping costs.
Minor packaging flaws that do not affect the condition of the contents are not considered as damaged. If you wish to return an item due to such issues, shipping costs and 15% restocking fees will apply. We can try ship with extra packaging material on request for an additional fee.
For high value and/or large packages, please contact us to arrange for the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping, or store credit can be issued to you. Please include your invoice with your return.
Before returning any electronic merchandise or toys, try replacing the batteries as this may solve the problem.
The package returned to us marked as "Refused" or "Undeliverable", are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee.
Any returns on merchandise purchased during the holiday season can be returned until January 7th following that season.
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed, usually in 1-2 business days. No orders can be cancelled during the holiday season (December 8th - December 25th).

Refunds are made to the original mode of payment, usually issued within 7 business days of receiving the product. During the holiday season, it may take up to 14 business days.
